Activity 2: Pretend you are on the phone with your tutor, who is going to be from the marketing department. Marketing has done a survey about customer service satisfaction. Ask for additional information about the following:
•how customers rated your product
•breakdown of overall satisfaction by gender
•breakdown of satisfaction by age ranges (18-30,31-45, 46-60, 60+)
•number of first time customers and repeat customers
•number of customers that would/wouldn’t buy again
•overall satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the company
•% of customers who would recommend product
