So the pot of soup goes on this burner here. You can choose which soup you’d like from our menu here. When the soup comes to a boil you can add the vegetables, mushroom and tofu as you like. If a foam gathers on the surface, you can remove it with the mesh strainer. When the soup is hot enough you use the chop sticks and dip the thin slices of meat in to the soup. There are also several sauces to dip the meat and vegetables in to.

How do I know when the meat is done?

The beef and pork is very thin so it cooks very quickly. As you dip you can say ‘shabu shabu’ and then it will be done! Just call if you need help.
